Payment methods
After doing the reservation you can do your payment. This method is the best one as when you arrive in Mthai you won’t have to worry for anything else. The other option is to book online and then pay once you are in our premises, just before entering the room for the massage experience.
Booking with a gift card or a voucher
If you have a gift card, when you place the reservation, let us know the TR number by mentioning it in the “Comments” box, and bring it the day of your appointment (physical card or email in your smartphone).
If the appointment is for using a multi-session voucher, when booking, you must mention it in the “Comments” box.
Booking for couples or groups
One appointment per person. Use the “Comments” box to include the names of the people that will go with you, this way we will be able to schedule the sessions in the same room.
For reservations for couples or groups of three or more, you must do the payment at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the reservation won’t be placed.
Modifying and cancelling appointments
Our policy is simple, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, otherwise, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and, will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
